These short, TED-style talks from MESPA principals will leave you feeling EMPOWERED, MOTIVATED, and COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!

  • "School Culture Starts in the Hallway" - Curtis Slater, Principal of Wyoming Elementary, Wyoming Public Schools. How do we create a positive school culture if we are not talking about social skills in our non-classroom areas?
  • "Achievement that Lasts" - Ethan Cordeiro, Student at Wayzata Public Schools.
  • "Mindset and the Generational Lens" - Willie Jackson, Retired Principal from Minneapolis. How can viewing relationships through a generational lens facilitate conversation and allow for positive engagement and successful outcomes?
